Andrew D. Tingan
Andrew’s practice focuses on advising clients in all phases of the construction process, including dispute resolution, and the drafting and negotiation of transactional matters.
Andrew previously served as legal counsel to an infrastructure developer responsible for the $1.8 billion renovation of Denver International Airport’s Jeppesen Terminal. Andrew has experience reviewing complex commercial and construction contracts, with a focus on risk allocation and dispute avoidance. Andrew graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law where he served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and was an executive board member of the Journal of Biosecurity, Biosafety, and Biodefense Law.
On a personal note
Andrew is a Texas native and grew up in Beaumont, TX. Prior to attending law school, Andrew attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and served five years as an Army logistics officer. He was deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and is a Bronze Star recipient. Andrew currently serves as West Point’s admission liaison for Texas’ 10th congressional district. Outside of the practice of law, Andrew enjoys traveling, snowboarding, running, live music, and slowly eating his way through Austin.
