The Chapman Firm has concluded a high profile matter for its client, Karnes County. The Chapman Firm has successfully negotiated terms in line with terms requested by County Commissioners to assist in protecting the county from lawsuits and potential liabilities.
The Court voted to approve the contract with The Geo Group and to comply with the county’s underlying contractual obligations. Ultimately, this facility will provide an economic benefit to the county and the terms negotiated by Jeff Chapman on behalf of the county provided the commissioners the level of protection they were seeking after bringing Mr. Chapman into these negotiations just one week ago.
