Rishabh’s practice focuses on construction and business litigation and transactions.
On the construction side, Rishabh has experience litigating a wide range of disputes, including construction defects, construction insurance, contracts, and arbitration. Outside of construction work, Rishabh has represented clients regarding issues ranging from contract claims, business torts, trade secret issues, and commercial claims. Rishabh also has considerable experience litigating complex insurance coverage matters as well as defending individuals and entities. Rishabh graduated from the University of Washington School of Law. After law school, Rishabh worked at a boutique Seattle insurance coverage law firm where he litigated complex construction and commercial claims. With that experience, Rishabh moved to Austin with his family and worked for a prominent insurance defense firm where he defended, among others, subcontractors and other entities in the construction industry with regard to construction defect issue.
On a personal note
When Rishabh isn’t practicing law, you can find him and his wife, Alexandra, wrangling their dog, Oslo, jogging Lady Bird Lake, or hopelessly trying to find a way to become an F1 driver.
